The American Body Armor Xtreme Tactical Outer Carrier does not come equipped with body armor so you must put one in it, preferably the American Body Armor Extreme.

We really like all the storage pockets on it. It has room for a tactical flashlight and a baton. There are two large storage pockets and a secure pocket for your radio.

The only thing that Police Equipment Reviews doesn't like about the American Body Armor Xtreme Tactical Outer Carrier is the side Velcro straps. Even though the belly straps help out a lot when securing the side straps, it can still be difficult.
