Additional features include a removable raid hood and a removable inner fleece jacket. The fleece jacket can be worn underneath the jacket or by itself. Other features include a double storm flaps, hidden chest pockets, YKK zippers, mic clips, badge tab, and is Back-Up Belt System compatible. The 4-in-1 police jacket is available in four colors: dark navy, black, sheriff green, and dark brown. Sizing options range from small to 6 XL, providing so many options makes this jacket a good fit for anyone.

Police Equipment Reviews found the 5.11 Tactical 4-in-1 Patrol jacket to be a very good police jacket. The jacket was very comfortable and fit well. One feature that we liked was all the pockets that were on the jacket. Police Equipment Reviews did not test the jacket in rain, so we can't comment on how good it holds up in the rain.

This jacket also features the under arm zippers for extra airflow or embroidery or screen printing. As with the other 5.11 tactical jackets, this jacket is waterproof but also has a seam sealed construction to provide even better water and fluid resistance. The removable hood stores inside the collar and the zip-out liner lets you wear the jacket with or without a liner, depending on weather conditions. The Signature Duty Jacket also has the BBS chest pockets and underarm zippers. This jacket is available in dark navy or black and size ranges from extra small to 4 extra large.

The 5.11 Tactical Reversible High Visibility Duty Jacket is the next jacket we will take a look at. The big difference in this jacket and the other 5.11 jackets that we have covered in this police equipment review is the reversibility. The inside of this jacket is ANSI/ISEA 107-2010 Class II Certified meaning it has all the features required for a high visibility PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) clothing article. This is the latest update from the ANSI/ISEA (American National Standards Institute/International Safety Equipment Association) which updates these requirements about every 5years. The latest update includes having reflective material on the shoulders so the officer will be visible from more angles when bending over. Aside from the reflective neon yellow interior, this jacket is almost identical to the Double Duty Jacket

The last 5.11 Tactical jacket we will look at is the Softshell Patrol Duty Jacket This jacket is made of 100% polyester softshell that is completely waterproof and fully seam sealed. This jacket is one of the most comfortable and professional looking jackets produced by 5.11 Tactical. This is the look often preferred by administrators. Some of the best features of the Softshell Patrol Duty Jacket are the large hand warmer pockets on the sides, adjustable sleeve closures and two interior storage pockets with radio mic pass throughs so you can fun radio ear wire inside your jacket.
