Bianchi International is known for its holsters and police duty gear. Of all the handgun holsters that Bianchi makes, they have two of the best ankle holsters. Both ankle holsters made by Bianchi have received high remarks in police equipment reviews.

In this review we want to focus on the Bianchi International ankle holsters. Obviously Bianchi makes many types of holster and the ankle holsters are just one small portion of the police equipment and supplies offered by Bianchi. The two styles of ankle holsters that Bianchi makes are the Negotiator Ankle holster and the Ranger Triad ankle holster. Both ankle holsters are made with the same high quality materials as all the other Bianchi International products.

The Negotiator Ankle holster is made of full grain leather. The ankle holster features genuine sheepskin lining, a neoprene leg wrap, and a single button snap secure system. In addition to those features, the holster is canted for an easier draw. The Negotiator Ankle holster has a double hook and loop closure for optimal security. The two inch calf strap is adjustable and has a detachable hook and loop attachment. The 150 model is made to fit a Colt 05, Glock 12, Kimber 05, or the S&W 01. The Bianchi Negotiator Ankle holster can be ordered for either a right hand or left hand fit. This Bianchi International ankle holster also comes in a model 150L which features a three inch adjustable leg strap.

The Ranger Triad ankle holster is Bianchi's newest ankle holster. The ankle holster features an ergonomic design for security, comfort, and fit. The ankle pad is also removable for cleaning and easily adjusts for comfort. The Ranger Triad ankle holster is made out of a durable, long lasting nylon. This ankle holster was designed with the idea of making the most comfortable ankle holster possible. The back of the holster features an Achilles arch to keep the holster in position on the ankle while the detachable ankle pad can be adjusted to fit each individual in the best possible way. No two legs are exactly the same in shape and size so it only makes since to make an ankle holster that is adjustable to best fit the individual using it. The Ranger Triad also features a compression strap to keep the butt of your weapon snug against the calf. This makes the gun very low profile and keeps the rig securely in place, even during rigorous activity. The elastic retention strap has an easy pull tab to give the officer maximum, quick access to the weapon. The Bianchi Ranger Triad is available for more than 30 gun models and is also available for the right or left hand.

Police Equipment Reviews has not had the opportunity to wear either of these ankle holsters. While they both look like they could be one of the best ankle holsters, it is hard to give it our thumbs up until we test them.
