Cool Cop body armor air conditioning was started by a police officer in 1998 designed to keep all police officers cool when the temperature is hot. This body armor air conditioning device forces cold air down in between your body armor and chest.

On the end of the hose is a soft vinyl attachment that slides underneath your vest. Over the last two or three years, I have had the opportunity to use the Cool Cop body armor air conditioning device while at work. My partner had bought the Cool Cop and we all laughed at him until he allowed us to use it. The Cool Cop is unbelievable! When I use the Cool Cop body armor air conditioning system, I instantly feel relief and my shirt feels like it did at the beginning of my shift.

My only concern when I first used this was that the hose might restrict me while trying to get out of the car fast should I need to. After practicing a few times with it, that concern went out the window. When I jump out of the car with the Cool Cop attached to me, it breaks away easily and does not prohibit my movement.
